Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on our website or via the tracking link provided in the email.
Tuckd does not currently offer scheduled deliveries. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s schedule once the order is shipped. However, if you have any special delivery instructions, it's recommended to contact our customer support team at care@tuckd.co.in or +91 7338135840 (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 5 PM) as soon as possible to see if accommodations can be made.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
The carrier may leave the package at your doorstep or arrange redelivery. There will be up to three delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Products purchased on sale are not returnable. To request a return, email care@tuckd.co.in (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 5 PM) with your order number and reason for return. A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 150 per product applies. Return shipping costs are usually the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 150 per product will apply. Exchanges are limited to size and color only. For other products, we recommend returning for store credit. Once we receive the item you're exchanging, we will process the replacement and ship it to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or offer a refund. Each order is eligible for only one exchange, and exchanged items are not returnable.

To choose the right size, refer to the size chart on the product page and focus on your bust size, as our tops are tight-fitting and hug the body. If you typically wear a smaller size but have a larger bust, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. This ensures the top won’t be too tight around the chest.
