Shipping Policy
At TUCKD, we want to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of our shipping process.
- Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods. Delivery time also depends on the location.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you need urgent assistance, please contact our customer support team at care@tuckd.co.in or +91 7338135840 (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 5 PM). We will review your request and assist as best as we can.
- Shipping Cost:.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each option will be displayed at checkout.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order's progress on our website or through the tracking link provided in the email.
- Address Accuracy:
It's important to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delivery issues. Please double-check your shipping address and Phone Number before completing your order. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, wrong number, non serviceable pin code area or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
- Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, wrong number or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

We currently only offer shipping within India.

- Return Policy
At TUCKD, we want to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things might not work out as expected, and we're here to help you with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for store credits only. These store credits are valid for a year.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it. Products purchased on offer/sale are not returnable.
- For a return request, please write to care@tuckd.co.in (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 5 PM) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and initiate the return process.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your store credits. We do not offer money refund policy
- A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 150/- per product will apply to cover processing and handling costs. This fee will need to be manually processed by the customer.
- Exchanged products are not eligible for returns.
- In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the money.
- Please note that if you stay in a non serviceable area, we request you to arrange pick up from a third party and we will reimburse it up to Rs 100.
- Products bought during sale are not eligible for returns.

- Exchange Policy :
If you received a damaged or defective item, we're here to make it right. You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:
- To initiate an exchange, please write to care@tuckd.co.in with your order number and exchange product details.
- A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 150/- per product will apply to cover processing and handling costs. This fee will need to be manually processed by the customer.
- Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size and color exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
- Please note Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange. Exchanged products are not eligible for returns.
- Once we receive the item you're exchanging, we will process the replacement and ship it to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or offer store credits.
- Please note that if you stay in a non serviceable area, we request you to arrange pick up from a third party and we will reimburse it up to Rs 100.
- Products sold on sales are eligible for exchange, however the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items sold during sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges are applicable, but the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
